Shipping Policy

All free shipping offers apply exclusively to U.S. addresses unless otherwise specified.

We provide same-business-day shipping for orders placed before 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST, or on weekends or public holidays, will ship on the next business day. All orders are shipped within 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Please note that refunds are not available after an order has shipped.

We also offer Priority Express (Overnight USPS) shipping for faster delivery.
FedEx shipping options will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a “Package Shipped” email notification containing your tracking number to help you monitor delivery status.

Returns and Refunds

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us at rrak4@att.net

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of placing your order.
